ANNEX RENTAL TRANSITION DATES, PROCESS & FORMS FOR 2024
Step 1 - Each Annex Application is reviewed. The adjudication effort is conducted during the application process.

Step 2 - Once approved a WELCOME LETTER with the ANNEX CONTRACT is emailed to the applicant. The Applicant should:
- Review the contract, print, sign and return an electronic copy via email.
- Make the Rental Use Fee payment (deposit) to [email protected].
- Confirmation of Receipt will be provided by APFTA

Step 3 - Two months prior to the show date the Applicant should:
- Provide their Marketing details to APFTA
- Inform APFTA if they will be hosting an event
Step 4 - One month prior to the show date the Applicant you should:
- Make all arrangements with APFTA for the delivery and removal of the artwork on the allocated timeslot.
- Print 2 copies of your show brochure to be displayed at APFTA. One ion the bulletin board at the entry to APFTA. The second, after your installation is completed, is to be displayed in the entryway to the Annex showroom.
Step 5 - One week prior to the show date the Applicant should complete and provide the following completed documents:
