THE ANNEX GALLERY LAYOUT
The entrance into The Annex is up a few steps from the Main Gallery on Bridge Street.

To your right, as you enter The Annex, is an entry nook. You will find a 4x8 feet panel that extending into the room in addition to 4.5 feet of brick wall space beside the door to hang artwork. Just opposite the entrance is a second 4x8 feet standing panel.

As you look left you will find a brick wall 22 feet long. Art is hung from chains provided by APFTA.
The end wall is 10 feet wide with 2 feet of hanging space to the left of the closed doors (will not be open during any exhibit). |
Opposite the entry door to The Annex is the far wall. It is 23.5 feet long with a 3 feet wide window. The space to the right of the window is 40 inches wide.

Exhibitioner's Responsibility
- Applicant is responsible for making all arrangements with the APFTA for the delivery and removal of the artwork on the allocated timeslot.
- All artwork must be labeled and ready for hanging and display.
- Applicant is responsible for unpacking their own artwork upon delivery and re-packing upon pick up. Packing materials can be stored in Studio space during the exhibition.
- Applicants are responsible for hanging all artwork for the Exhibition.
- Signage, artist information and promotional material MUST be professional in appearance – not hand-written.
- While advertising and promotion are the responsibility of the applicant, the exhibit will also be promoted on APFTA website and social media sites.
- Exhibition paintings may not be removed until the conclusion of the rental period.
