I am largely a self taught artist living and working in the rural area around Coe Hill ON. I work mostly in acrylics on canvas, board or anything that looks interesting. I have been inspired to paint the local wetlands for the last two years, to honour these beautiful places of natural life. Local and worldwide wetlands are greatly diminished and this is a warning to us that life on this planet has reached a critical state of loss. I generally paint what moves me; nature, people, interior and exterior places of inspiration. I feel a strong emotional connection to everything that I paint.
