I grew up in northern Ontario and close to forest, lakes, fields, and skies and this is what continues to inspire my painting now. Most of my adult working life was in the social service sector and it is only in the last 10 years that I’ve finally had the opportunity to engage fully in a creative life.

​The Bancroft area is where I’ve chosen to retire for its beauty and quiet. Once again I am immersed in forest, lakes, fields and skies. I am very grateful for that!
